Land creatures. Chile

This amazing but real case happened in South America. It is recorded in official documents. Moreover, they are composed by people who are far from ufology, mysticism and occultism. Let's not be mistaken if we say that the main treasury of the South American country of Chile is the Andes Mountains. Their bowels store huge reserves of silver, copper and other ores. According to an ancient legend of the Chilean Indians, in some abandoned mines, metal mining is carried out by creatures that have flown to Earth from the sky - huge iron snakes. People should stay away from these creatures.

In 1970, Salvador Allende came to power in Chile — the first legally elected president as a result of popular elections. Under him, the country embarked on a socialist path of development. To such states, the leadership of the USSR, seized by the idea of spreading communism throughout the Earth, provided all possible assistance, regardless of any costs.

Often, to the detriment of the well-being of their own people, fabulous sums were irretrievably and uselessly spent on supporting very dubious regimes on different continents. The main thing is that the socialist camp should expand!

In 1972, Salvador Allende appealed to the General Secretary of the CPSU Central Committee Leonid Ilyich Brezhnev with a request to send Soviet specialists to inspect the Chilean copper mines and determine the most promising and profitable of them for the resumption of mining. The request was fulfilled immediately.

Already in November 1972, Soviet specialists Nikolai Popov and Yefim Chubarin arrived in the Chilean town of Chiguana. Their task was to survey the old mines in order to conclude whether it was worth continuing their development. One evening, resting after a hard day, Nikolai and Yefim got into conversation with an old Chilean miner, and during the conversation he remembered the richest, according to him, copper deposit 40 kilometers north of the town and advised him to inspect it.

However, this place enjoyed a very bad reputation among the local population. Those who once ventured underground in those parts and remained unharmed, said that they saw huge snakes with iron heads there. Of course, our miners, brought up in the spirit of atheism, did not believe in such fairy tales — you never know what anyone could have imagined! - and decided to inspect the mine. The same old miner who spoke about underground monsters volunteered to take them there.

It was a long way to go, so we left before sunrise. We walked in the cold and when it got really hot, we found ourselves at the abandoned entrance to the mine. It was so overgrown with grasses and bushes that it was almost invisible. Only an attentive eye could see a small hole leading into the depths of the earth.

Sliding into the hole, Chubarov and Popov were surprised to find a round, like a subway tunnel, about two meters in diameter, a strange passage that went down at an angle of about thirty degrees. The conductor suddenly fussed and began to apologize to the Soviet specialists: he supposedly did not know that the Moon Serpent, which appeared from the sky, did not leave the mine, but decided to settle in it. A real fantasy! Or, simply put, some kind of nonsense! Our guys were not timid, so, ignoring the warning cries of the guide, they began to descend the mysterious passage to scout where it leads.

Soon the passage became horizontal and led to a large mine, on the walls of which large copper veins sparkled. Copper ingots were stacked everywhere. And then, behind the ingots, the stunned miners saw a fantastic "miner" - a huge snake-like mechanism. Falling to the copper vein, he literally "gnawed" the ore out of the walls of the tunnel, leaving the empty rock untouched!

What an incredible, unprecedented unit?! Is this the latest model of an autonomous copper mining combine - the dream of any miner? There were also smaller "snakes" underground: about two meters in length and twenty centimeters in diameter. It seems that they noticed people, because they suddenly froze in place, and then crawled towards them. The miners hurriedly rushed to the exit of the mine. The "snake" managed to grab a part of the heel on the boot from Popov, who ran last. It means that the locals were afraid of "snakes" for a reason — some mysterious creatures really inhabited the abandoned mine.

Fearing that they would be mistaken for abnormal, the Soviet miners (order is order!) still wrote a report on the incident and handed it over to their leadership. Assessing the prospects of the abandoned mine, they noted that it contains the richest reserves of copper. Its production could more than cover all the costs of the Union to support the regime of Salvador Allende. The miners, as mentioned above, were atheists, and therefore did not believe in mysticism.

After thinking about it, they decided that it was unknown whose, most likely American — the latest, on the verge of fiction — technology was being tested in the mine, which had not even been heard of in the Soviet Union. In their opinion, small "snakes" penetrated places inaccessible to a large mechanism, "eating out" small veins, and at the same time performed a protective function. No wonder they rushed to meet the uninvited guests!

The relevant departments — "those who should" - became interested in the miners' report. A special team was sent to Chile at the end of August 1973 to clarify the circumstances on the spot. But the group did not manage to get to the mine and penetrate its secret. In September 1973, Chilean President Salvador Allende was overthrown and assassinated.

The junta (military government) that came to power in the country, led by General Augusto Pinochet, established a regime of the most severe terror. There could be no question of a dialogue with him, dreams of expanding the socialist camp, as well as mining collapsed. The special group had to return to the USSR with nothing.

So representatives of our country lost the opportunity to understand this mysterious case. A unique chance to find out what the mysterious Moon Serpent was, and to get in touch with him and his owners was missed. A pity. Such a meeting would certainly help expand our understanding of the unknown world and, perhaps, even lead us to the expected contact with extraterrestrial civilizations. Although it is quite possible that the legend of the Snake was invented by those who were very profitable to develop the bowels of a foreign country and use their wealth.
