At one time there was a wonderful urban legend on the "Hill" about a terrible "dorm", where all the doors are decorated with deep furrows from claws. And the man with donkey ears is to blame for everything. He killed his victims in the elevator, and it was very important to understand in time that it was him, and not to enter with him together. But it was difficult to figure him out, because he wore a mink hat "with ears". It was possible to notice donkey ears under them only by chance. The boys who claimed that they miraculously managed to see the ears sticking out from under the hat were considered heroes. 

Here is the story of Anton Zdolnik, who lives on Orekhovaya Street in the Moscow microdistrict:

"My friend Sergey and I are sitting at his house on Magistralnaya Street, the time is 01.30 am on November 5, 2012. Having nothing to do, we look out the window from the sixth floor. There is no one in the courtyard, only the windows in the entrances are lit. Suddenly, a long limb sticks out of the wall of a neighboring high-rise building, followed by another, and three more. 

They spider-like feel the surface in front of them, then the elongated, human-like, tree-colored body itself appears. I only hear the voice of my comrade Sergei, speaking in a whisper: "Wow, it's coming down, it's coming down!" Incredibly agile and silent, the creature begins to descend down the house, stretching and retracting its limbs, although they do not seem elastic in appearance. 

We can see up to seven limbs at the same time. Having reached the ground, the creature decreases in size and takes on the appearance of a tall man. Serega manages to snap the camera of his mobile twice. After that, it freezes in place and Serega's voice sounds again: "Fuck, it saw me!". We back up, after which one of these limbs appears in the window, after which we run out of the room and spend the rest of the night in Serega's neighbor's apartment on the second floor."
