Another mysterious monolith appeared on a hill in Wales, four years after the appearance of similar structures around the world. This is reported by Sky News.
A 10-foot triangular-shaped steel block was spotted on Hay Bluff, near Hay-on-Wye, over the weekend. According to Richard Haines, who discovered the monolith while jogging, it looks hollow and light.
"I thought it might be a research facility or something like that," Haines said. "But then I realized he was too tall and weird for that."
The appearance of the monolith caused confusion among local residents and users of social networks. No one knows who put it there or for what purpose.
Haines regularly takes this route. He said he saw the monolith for the first time over the weekend. This indicates that it was installed relatively recently.
