Initial data
New year's eve makes sense to see lights in the sky, given the many fireworks that were launched at that time. All the same, I noticed the man from Ashburn(Virginia) could be a UFO.
Chris Smith lives not too far from the airport Washington DULLES. As a result, he used to see planes flying over his house. The American skeptic and does not support the version about UFOs. And yet what he saw that night, deprives him of power of speech:
"We could not look at the sky, it was so bright."
Surprised, the witness grabbed his cell phone to shoot this surreal scene. In total, he saw two or four orange or red lights. They were moving, but slowly. Then the man called his children so that they too could see these so-called UFOs.
His 10-year-old son Marcus shows:
"I couldn't believe what I saw. "
The boy thought it could be a new type of rocket or missile.
"It was cool and a little scary," says the daughter of a Smith by the name of summer. "They really moved like nothing else in the sky."
Smith today in utter disbelief.
And it seems that Smith was not the only witness. In fact, the ABC station in Sacramento (California), reported that local residents had seen such things. Moreover, mysterious lights were spotted around Los Angeles at the same time.
In Ashburne Smith said he watched the sky the next two nights. Alas, he didn't see anything else.

Original news
ASHBURN, VA. (WJLA) -{}It makes sense to see the sky light up on New Year's Eve, except an Ashburn man says he didn't see fireworks, but{}possibly a UFO.
Chris Smith doesn’t live far from Dulles and is used to seeing airplanes fly above.
“You couldn’t help but see it in the sky, it was that bright,” he says.
Smith grabbed his cell phone and started recording. He captured two lights two lights sitting in the sky and barely moving. Intrigued, he called for his children.
“I just couldn’t believe what I was seeing,” says his son, Markus, 10.
Markus thought it could be a new type of rocket or flares.
“It was cool and kind of scary,” says Smith's{}daughter, Summer.
“They really moved like nothing else in the sky.”
Smith was in complete disbelief.
“To watch lights move, drop and stop, change direction and go out, come in with just a smooth silent grace, it was strange," he says.
And it looks like{}Smith may not be alone with his experience; the ABC station in Sacramento, Calif. reported{}people in that area saw something similar. The lights were even spotted in the Los Angeles area.
In Ashburn, Smith says he’s been out the last two nights, hoping he’ll see something. So far, there haven't been any other sightings.
