Two groups of police stationed about a half mile from each other during the radio session, saw glowing orange-yellow cylindrical object rising out of the ground about a quarter mile from one of the groups.
The object rose from a grove of pecans between the two groups. One group of policemen saw the object between them and the line of trees to a height of about a mile. The object climbed, sped and flew out of sight. Its form has been compared with old-fashioned water tank.

Night. Two groups of policemen about a half-mile apart, while in radio communication, saw a glowing orange-yellow, cylindrical object rise from near the ground about one-quarter of a mile away from one of the groups. The object ascended from a pecan grove between the two groups. One group of police saw the object between them and a higher elevation tree-line about a mile away.
