Initial data
A witness saw through the window a glowing orange-red, similar to a cigar object hovering low in the sky, a bluish-green area visible on its underside.
It was a clear starry night. The bright light from the object tended to hide his shape, and lighted the room of the witness, as the full moon.
After about 7 minutes, the object accelerated, the front part increased the brightness until it became white.

10:35 p.m. LT. A witness saw through a window a glowing orange-red, cigar-shaped object hovering low in the sky, a bluish-green area visible on its underside. It was a clear, starry night. The brilliant light from the object tended to conceal its outline and illuminated his room like the full moon. After about 7 minutes, the object accelerated and sped away, its front portion increasing in brightness until it appeared white (luminosity/motion correlation). (Stanway and Pace, 1968, p. 18.)
