A witness and two daughters, aged 18 and 10, were traveling East on highway 26 when they noticed a huge circular object that looked like a large water tower moving overhead.
The size of the object ranged from 100 to 200 feet (30-60 m). The bottom was steel-colored, round and flat, with five red glowing lights evenly distributed around the inside of the circle, close to the outer edge.
The object moved silently at a low speed. When the object was first spotted, it was North of the witnesses, turned 90 degrees and flew directly over their car.
