Captain J. Roger. Groseclose, U.S. air force pilot and 1st Lieutenant ray W. Adams and the pilot-apprentice USAF was observed from 7 900 ft white object with a blue glow.
He gradually descended to about 9,000 feet. He then split into two parts and disintegrated. The object was in sight about 5 seconds.
Investigators suggested that it could be a meteorite.
