Moving North to Lima along the Panamericana, the witness saw near LOMO de Ballena a grayish, shining metallic disc hovering a few feet over the desert. He stopped and ran to him.
In the disk there's a hole, and there was 3 "amaveni" being an increase of about 5 feet, with folded legs and one large foot. They had no faces, just sort of transparent jelly with a bubble in the middle. They wore no clothing but had a "towel-like" skin.
In English they are asked whether they are in North America. When I was told that this is South America , the voice switched to Spanish.
They asked the witness "to take them to their leader" and said that they came from another star and concerned about the dangers of nuclear energy. They said that they are asexual and reproduce by dividing (during the conversation, one really did).
They invited the witness to the ship, which was transparent and contained no machines, and took his flight down the coast.
