1968, the night – Botsford
The observer was a child at the time when she and other children were on the street and Delhi angels in the snow. This night was a full moon, when suddenly they saw "another moon".

They were not sure which of the moons is correct.

The witness ran home and took my parents to see this. Her father, now deceased, rented the phenomenon. It was also observed by others.

A few days later in the newspaper (unknown newspaper Finnmark (Finnmark)) about this article appeared.

On the ufo website.no in the report "FOTOCAT Report # 4" indicates that it happened in 1967 or 1968. The film, written by the eyewitness is unavailable and Newspapers 1967-1968 haven't searched. From the description of the phenomenon, it could be a lunar halo.

Her father, now deceased, filmed the phenomenon – also observed by others – and there was an article about it in the newspaper a few days later (unknown Finnmark newspaper). Halo

Halo usually appears around the Sun or moon, sometimes around other powerful light sources such as street lights.
