Initial data
Information from the eyewitness:
Like yesterday, bright "star" is again just above the horizon and slowly moved from West to East in the two-dimensional plane.
I'm very curious, how can this object because it is moving too fast to be a star or planet, but too slow to be a plane. Through the binoculars I see a lot of flowers.
Now I'm waiting to see, will not meet this bright form of light, as it was yesterday, at about 22:15 and I will try to remove it on video or photograph.

Original news
Hypotheses
The heavenly bodies
The brightest heavenly bodies in the sky are Venus, Jupiter, and sometimes Mars and, of course, the Moon.
Venus is the bright yellow of the evening or morning star, shining in the sky on the background of evening or dawn. Maximum brightness of Venus can reach up to 4.3 m, and she is the third brightness of the sun in earth's sky after the sun and the moon. It so well reflects the light of the Sun that it is relatively easy to see and day, especially if you know the location. It manifests itself in the form of tiny blinking white dots.
Investigation
In April, the night sky still appears (though not for long) Sirius, iridescent due to the optical effect of the atmosphere. Although its direction (West to East) is odd, which is not to say that a possible explanation was found. If only the direction of movement is not an error of the observer.
