One warm night in the summer of 1956 a rich, respected Professor of Roman law, Joao de Freitas Guimaraes went for a walk along the beach in San Sebastian, when he landed near the huge ship in the shape of a disk (about 60 feet (18 m) in diameter). The disk was about 18 feet (5.4 m) tall and was based on chassis three balls.
