The observer of Borisenko O. S. from Grenoble (June 1967):
"At eleven in the morning we with the friend sat in my apartment. The weather was cloudless, hovered. Suddenly from the bedroom came out beautiful glowing ball of 17 centimeters in diameter with a very beautiful light blue ring around. The balloon flew between me and a friend flew to the open balcony door and exploded immediately.
During the explosion, nothing was hurt. But the ball was a harbinger of trouble: a month later my husband died"
