Initial data
Press photographer of the regional newspaper "beacon" of Birch Sergey Bobrov, spent the night photographing the city's attractions. The next day, dropping the footage into a computer and browsing the made in the district branch of the Agroprombank, were, so to speak, shocked: in the night sky over the building hung an object shape similar to the one that is called a UFO (unidentified flying object). After increasing the brightness of the image of the object acquired a distinct form of UFOs that you see in sent us Sergey Ivanovich picture. I started to watch another three shots taken from the same point, and – about a miracle! – each of them a UFO was in different places, i.e. it was in motion.
From the editor. UFO or it was a refraction of light? It happens – we met in the "Dawn", at the same time inordinately wondering and discussing what they saw on a photo of Sergei Ivanovich. However, this is just our assumption. In any case, the phenomenon is very curious and begs for a review with relevant experts. To them we were advised to contact a colleague, as author of the picture, free to dispose of them according to the law, in its sole discretion.
But in my heart, honestly, each of us had a sneaking hope: what if, what if?.. Indeed: what, as they say, hell. In short, we are waiting for further messages from the Sergei Ivanovich.
The conclusion of "Outcome": definitely the highlight (the effect of catadioptric).

Re-reflections in lens lenses from a strong light source
The lens consists of a set of lenses (in some lenses - of mirrors), designed for mutual compensation of aberrations and assembled into a single system.
From the contour light (bright light sources behind the subject or next to it), caught in the frame or located outside the frame, parasitic reflections from the internal elements of the lens are formed, called glare (or in slang "hares").
