Two witnesses from among civilians, one of whom was a retired USN commander, saw a star-shaped object, bluish-red color, changing the color to white, high in the sky in the South-East at approximately 140 degrees from Tampa.
This object or a similar object was seen again on the night approximately the same flight path. 660-I radar was called to check. They reported the target on your radar at the altitude of 34 000 ft. The goal moved up and down and remained in the same relative position.
