The young witness was riding my bike home from the store when he noticed a ship in the East and low to the Ground at a height of about 1000 feet or so.
While he watched in fascination, the ship was approaching a small plane "Piper", who then went below, out of sight of witnesses. After the plane passed it slowly rose and then was on his way to the witness. The vehicle approached his location and hovered over him. When he looked at the ship that appeared to him to be metal, with lights around the edges.
He saw a dome-shaped section of the vessel, which, it seemed, had a window, which seemed to be metallic, but transparent in nature. He couldn't look inside, but saw the light inside and the silhouette of what seemed like “being”.
The witness thought about her friends who lived nearby, and went to their house, which stood about a block away. Approaching the house of his friend, he heard him yelling for his brother Lloyd went out and looked.
Several other neighbors also heard the noise and came out to watch the ship. After a few moments he made a sharp turn and almost instantly disappeared, having moved up and to the West.

Moments later it made a sudden turn and disappeared almost instantaneously upwards and towards the west.
