A woman named Vogel(?) watched a silvery-white circular object flying from the North-West coast to the South-East at a distance of approximately 1/2 mile or less.
The object that was sharply defined against the bright blue sky, was at a low altitude and looked like two simple cap from malinyi located close.

8:40 a.m. EST. A woman named (Fogel?) observed a silver-white circular object in flight from NW to SE at an estimated 1/2 mile or less away.
