This time [UFO was seen] in the Dzerzhinsk region. Retired from G. p. Fanipol Alevtina Ivanovna Smirnova was watching it on one recent evening.

Over the lake at approximately eight o'clock in the evening suddenly flashed a bright green light, which at times became blue. The phenomenon was observed for 30 minutes.

Now in the place where hung "plate" remained a black spot with a diameter of about three meters.
