Initial data
Canadian Pacific airliner DC-8, flying on a Northwest course at a height of 35,000 ft, I noticed a couple of pulsating luminous object hovering to the left of it. The object came down at a slight angle and took up a position on the left wing, moving along the plane for 1-2 minutes.
Some team members thought the two lights were of connective design. The lights were separated by about 3-4 degrees.
A V-shaped pair of thin light beams emanated from the object, first upward and then downward. Finally, the objects are accelerated, pulled away and got out into the Pacific ocean to the West, disappearing in the distance.

Original news
A Canadian Pacific DC-8 airliner traveling on a northwest course at 35,000 feet observed a pair of pulsating, luminous objects hovering to their left. The objects descended at a slight angle and took up position off their left wing, pacing the plane for 1-2 minutes. Some members of the crew thought there was a connecting structure between the two lights. The lights were separated by about 3-4 degrees. A V-shaped pair of thin light beams emanated from the objects, first pointing upward, then downward. Finally, the objects accelerated, pulled away, and climbed out over the Pacific Ocean to the west, disappearing in the distance.
