Donald Cisar (13 years old) and Pat crozier (10 years), reported that he saw a large glowing object that approached and hovered over a house 50 yards (45.7 m). It was a round object with a cupola and antenna on top and an oblong box at the bottom with red, green and white lights. Around the rim were square and white lights.
Through two large Windows in the dome were visible creatures, each of height less than 5'7" (170 cm) , humanoid in appearance, with "rocky or bumpy" skin of a chocolate brown color. They were standing still. While a few additional moving shadows were seen behind them. Pens and other electronic equipment were visible inside the lighted part.
The object had a dull silver color, about 30 feet (914 cm) in diameter and 6-8 ft (kt 182.8-243,8 cm) in height. About two minutes it hovered in the same place and bent up. Then the rim lights became very bright, they adopted the horizontal height and disappeared with great speed, "like a gust of wind."
Cesar told investigators that the next night he saw more of the same flying objects. During the observation of the two boys, they claimed that their radios would not work properly, and nearby a dog barked.
