A former airline pilot BOAC and photoperiodic [photo interpreter or photographic interpretation is "the act of study of photographic images to identify objects and evaluate their significance". This mainly refers to its use in military aerial reconnaissance using photographs taken from reconnaissance aircraft and satellites] saw a translucent object with a Central cell and four "fuselage" that changed position relative to the center.

The object was a long thin projection in front and three together at the rear. He was down with high speed until he got to 200-300 feet above the ground about a quarter mile. When the object hovered for 22 minutes, fuselages (each of which is estimated at 75 ft (22.8 m) in length and with grooves along the bottoms) moved in a cross shape. The object turned 90 degrees and remained motionless.

The transparency of the object made him make the color of the sky, and he changed the tone when the clouds passed. The object is then returned to its original configuration and accelerated.

Two dogs with the witness was extremely upset and whined.

Original news

Oct. 26, 1967; South Dorset, UK

11:25 p.m. LT. A former BOAC airline pilot and photo interpreter saw a transluscent object with a center chamber and four “fuselages” that changed position relative to the center. The object had a long thin projection in front and three together at the rear. It descended at high speed until it was 200-300 feet above the ground about one-quarter of a mile away. As the object hovered for 22 minutes, the fuselages (each estimated as 75 feet long and grooved along the bottoms) moved into a cross shape. The object rotated 90 degrees and remained motionless. The translucence of the object made it take on the color of the sky, and it changed hue as clouds passed over. The object then returned to its original configuration and sped off. Two dogs with the witness were extremely distraught (animal reactions).
