Initial data
A witness saw an object falling vertically from the sky. The object stopped at a height of about 100 feet above the ground and hovered. His form was similar to "rectangular" spinning top with a dark stripe around the center. The upper part of the pulsing from bright to dull orange every few seconds, while the lower part remained constantly red.
The glow from the object lit the sky around him. Heard a soft buzzing sound, and behind him is the grey "steam track". The witness felt a cold sensation all over my body. After about 10 seconds the object accelerated to 5 and 30 seconds slipped away out of sight to the North.
