Two witnesses saw an oval object with a high transparent dome, approaching from the West, slow and hovering about 100-200 feet (30-60 m) above them for about 30 seconds.
Structure details were observed on the bottom side.

8:30 a.m. LT (4:30 a.m. EDT). Two witnesses saw an oval object with tall transparent dome approach from the west, slow and hover at an estimated 100-200 feet above them for about 30 seconds.
