Several witnesses saw a vertically oriented "collaboarate cloud" in the Eastern sky, behind which the light was flashing for about 20 seconds with irregular intervals.
A bright glowing orange oval then came out of the cloud and headed South-East with "fantastic speed."
The light flashed again in the cloud for about 10 seconds, then stopped. Scattered clouds, dim moonlight. The mode of the disappearance of the "cloud" is not reported.

9:50 p.m. LT. Several witnesses saw a vertically oriented “sausage-shaped cloud” in the eastern sky, behind which a light flashed for about 20 seconds at irregular intervals. A bright, glowing orange oval then emerged from the “cloud” and headed southeast at “fantastic speed.” A light again flashed in the cloud for about 10 seconds, then stopped.
