The main witness, who lived on the 3rd floor of the apartment with his wife and young son, once hotly watched TV with his wife. Suddenly on TV "snow went" (interference), then from the nursery heard crying.
Then a witness noticed someone in the room and ran to see who it was. Approaching the bedroom window, he saw the figure fly to a height of about 200 feet (60.9 m) and several hundred feet south of the apartment.
He was on his way to a ruby-red object. Seconds later, the figure turned into a silver dot and merged with the object along with 3 or 4 other dots.
The object then climbed to an altitude of 1,000 feet (300 m) and went southwest at high speed.
The creature was described as being about 4ft tall with big eyes and canine-like teeth. His hands were disproportionately long, like that of a monkey. He was wearing a silver suit, and it seemed that his legs did not touch the ground. He seemed to be floating around the room and flying out the open window.

Suddenly the TV reception began to snow, then they heard crying coming from the child’s room. The witness then caught a glimpse of someone in the room and ran to see who it was. When he got to the bedroom window he saw the figure fly away to a point about 200 feet up and several hundred feet south of the apartment. It was headed to an object that was ruby red in color. In seconds the figure was as silver dot and it merged with the object along with 3 or 4 other dots. The object then rose to 1000 feet and went southwest at high speed. The creature was described as about 4-foot tall with large eyes and fang-like teeth. Its arms were disproportionately long, like an ape’s arms. He wore a silvery colored suit and his feet did not appear to touch the ground. He seemed to float across the room and out the open window.
