Dozens of residents (perhaps as many as 200) of the Coenze neighborhood saw a "mysterious plane" land on Maxambona hill, which was falling in an unusual way, slower than usual, and appeared to be "controlled."
Among the many witnesses was an elderly man and his children, who he ordered to immediately go to the landing site to help possible victims.
As he watched hundreds of townspeople converge on the hill, he saw "two creatures come out of the ship" that seemed to "move slowly, like a wing" that moved slightly.
As the first of the men approached the spot where the object had landed, its occupants suddenly disappeared from view. When people arrived there, nothing was found.
No one heard the engine noise when the "plane" landed, and on-site investigations conducted by military police officers did not reveal the wreckage.

No one heard any engine noise when the “plane” landed, and investigations at the site by members of the military police disclosed no wreckage.
