Initial data
An eyewitness from the city of Zwaag reports:
First I saw a light, and then suddenly there was a gray circle with an even smaller, slightly darker gray circle that didn't move, and a few seconds later it disappeared again without making a sound.
* The object was noticed when viewing photos.
According to ufomeldpunt.nl this is a planet:
A round shape is created by a point of light that is photographed or taken out of focus. It's probably a bright star or planet.
Original news
Hypotheses
The heavenly bodies
The brightest heavenly bodies in the sky are Venus, Jupiter, and sometimes Mars and, of course, the Moon.
Venus is the bright yellow of the evening or morning star, shining in the sky on the background of evening or dawn. Maximum brightness of Venus can reach up to 4.3 m, and she is the third brightness of the sun in earth's sky after the sun and the moon. It so well reflects the light of the Sun that it is relatively easy to see and day, especially if you know the location. It manifests itself in the form of tiny blinking white dots.
Objects and light sources out of focus
When the objects are out of focus, their silhouettes blurred and poorly recognizable. They can look like dark or colored translucent stain. This is often the cobwebs, spiders, insects in front of the camera.
Investigation
By all indications, the version indicated in the sattya source is correct. It is probably some bright celestial body (Venus or similar) that is out of focus of the camera. At least based on the data provided.
