Initial data
A compact" cloud " of UFOs emitting rays from above was seen by hundreds of people passing over Belo Horizonte, during which a power outage occurred in part of the city.
At the same time, Moises Santos, a resident of the city, "found himself surrounded by half a dozen three-foot (0.9 m) creatures that walked around touching and upsetting everything." They floated in the air and "looked like ice", and when they stood near a table lamp, they "lit up with a lot of lights".
One of them handed Santos a piece of paper on which, without knowing why, he had drawn a flying saucer. Then the creature took the paper back. Finally they disappeared behind the walls.
The witness went outside just in time to see a UFO over the city, flooding the area with bright light.
Other sightings occurred around the same time in many cities Brazilians .
