18-year-old Robert Milcher and a 10-year-old boy saw a hovering UFO with a diameter of at least 50 feet (15.2 m), with red lights and a searchlight beam that responded to the signals of a flashlight.
In the illuminated dome around the control panel, 6-10 passengers were visible, dressed in green jumpsuits. They waved at the witnesses. The latter felt numb and tingling in his hands and wrists.
When the UFO flew away, it made a sound like a swarm of bees.
