Initial data
Dr. J. Mueller, D. S. Martin Thole, and Theodore tuele observed a cone-shaped object resembling a cage, 10 feet (3 m) wide and 10 feet (3 m) high, tilted at an angle, about 400 feet (121 m) above the street.
The object was silent, and a chain of lights extended down what corresponded to the three wires of the "cage" to a point halfway between the tip of the cone and its base.
The object was occupied by a single figure.
