A woman noticed a glowing object over a farm field while driving on a rural road.
It was a very bright pulsing light. It moved and stopped, moved and stopped in jerks.
The woman thought at first that the object was something ordinary, such as an airplane light, but its strange movement seemed to disprove this explanation.
The woman stopped the car next to the field and just studied the object. The object was about the same height as the light on the radio mast. She rolled down the window to check for engine noise, but there was none.
