Initial data
A group of American scientists, Martin Shaw and Chris obeck from the National aviation center for the study of anomalous phenomena (NARCAP), during the study of the works of scientist Erasmus Finks, discovered the "battle of the sky ships". It is known that it occurred on April 8, 1665.
Upon careful examination of the manuscript, it turned out that it contains evidence of a rather strange event. On April 8, 1665, large pancake-shaped objects of huge size appeared in the sky over the fishing village.
They, according to the description, started shooting at each other, as bright flashes were visible around them and thick gray smoke was observed. According to researchers, this is the first mention of UFOs in books. The full text of the article is published in the scientific media publication Edge Science magazine.

Ancient documents have been found in the archives showing the appearance of a" flying saucer " in the sky of the Baltic city of Stralsund during the battle that unfolded there in the sky.
Ships in the sky
Amazing documents were discovered by ufologists Martin Schoch and Chris Aubeck. Medieval texts told of supernatural phenomena witnessed by residents of the city of Stralsund.
"Miracles" began on April 8, 1665. At two o'clock in the afternoon, fishermen who were anchored 13 kilometers from the city, near the village of Barkhof, saw a huge flock of birds. The birds lined up so that they formed "a sort of long corridor". Then from the North across the sky (!) a warship suddenly appeared in that direction began to approach the fishermen. He was followed by others.
Warships also appeared from the South. They were moving - again across the sky-to intercept the first squadron. The flagship ships opened fire. The "Northern squadron" at first began to retreat, but then returned and continued South. Two more fleets of smaller ships appeared from the West and East.
When the smoke from the skirmish cleared, the fishermen saw the broken masts on the ships of the southern squadron. On one ship, a "man in brown clothes" was seen standing with his hat under his arm, watching the crew at work. Ships and flags were everywhere.
Here's what happened next:
"Soon a flat round object appeared in the sky, similar to a plate and looking like a large man's hat. It was the color of a darkened Moon, and it hung directly over the Church of St. Nicholas. There he remained motionless until evening. The fishermen, scared to death, did not want to look at this sight, covering their faces with their hands. The next day they felt ill, shaking all over, and their heads and limbs ached. Many literate people have long thought about what happened."
"All the citizens who saw this are trustworthy," wrote the Berlin newspaper Ordinari und Postzeitungen for April 1665. " Yesterday, Herr Colonel von der Weg and Dr. Gassmann interviewed two of the six fishermen. God grant that this miracle will turn out for the better."
