Police officer Gerald Myers returned home after his shift and just as often stopped by the inland waterway to sit and rest. It was almost dark when he neared the usual spot, and there was a sort of mechanical buzzing in the air, and as he went forward, he saw something like the air on a hot highway, that is, it moved and flickered, but in a local area, not around it, perhaps like a whirlwind.
As he got closer, he thought he heard a sound in his head, and then a figure appeared two feet from the Ground.
It looked like a human, because it had two arms and legs, a torso and a head, but in some form of a suit of blue-black or lead color with a helmet and a face plate that looked like glass.
And then the voice in "English" that he heard in his mind asked: "why do people have war?"
He thought about what he had just heard and decided to answer: "greed"?
And then the figure moved on to questions about the use and necessity of currency( money), about atomic energy, weapons, and the like.
As the witness continued to listen and respond, the figure became more distinct, like a normal person, and clearer in voice with less static or other sounds.
Myers could barely see inside the helmet, but there was a face, barely visible, more human, he couldn't see the ears, but the eyes, small mouth, thin nose, and a fairly normal forehead and cheeks, seemingly bluish-gray in color, this was probably due to some filtering effect on the faceplate.
After what seemed like minutes, it disappeared back into a vortex or shimmering circular area within the area. All this time, the “vortex " was about 2 feet (0.6 m) from the Ground.
As for the questions being asked, especially those related to atomic energy or weapons, Meyers was unsure of the answer and told the substance that he would "get back to it." However, he returned to the same place over the years, but never met this entity again.
The only thing that, in his opinion, can be a residual result of the meeting are numerous visions of technical drawings of lenticular ships and the systems that power them, as well as plasma weapons systems and advanced aircraft.
These visions come to Meyers in a dream. He contacted his shift supervisor about the meeting, but was told to shut up and not tell anyone.

As to the questions asked, specially the ones dealing with atomic power or weapons Meiers was not sure of the answer and told the entity that he “would get back to him”. However he returned to same spot over the years but never encountered the entity again. The only thing that he thinks might be a residual result of the encounter was numerous visions of technical drawings of lens-shaped craft and systems that power them and plasma based weapons systems and advanced flying devices. These visions come to Meiers in his dreams. He contacted his shift commander about the encounter but was told to shut up and not to tell anybody.
