A UFO resembling an upturned plate on another plate that glowed white was reportedly following the President of the local school Board and his wife.
He was driving along a rural road South of Lockbourne air force base. The object, flying at an altitude of about 500-1000 feet (152.4-304 m), was observed for more than one hour, and it appears to have followed the pair to their farm and orbited the area for about 45 minutes.
Then, according to the witness, the object began to move up in a spiral, disappearing from view.
