Six young people who came to Bents Basin (bents Basin - nature reserve in Australia), found that their car does not start.
They then saw a disc-shaped object resting on at least three legs at the top of a hill 200 yards (18 m) away. Its red glow pulsed in sync with a strong buzz, and observers experienced severe throbbing headaches.
They started the car, but before they left, their engine caught fire. Two of them were about to leave the place for help, but ran back to report the approach of a huge man who looked like a "shadow".
They hid in the grass when they saw an 8-10-foot (2.4-3 m) tall" robot " approaching the car, gliding rather than walking. This "robot" looked glossy and had a "round head in a helmet, broad shoulders and arms that turned into pointed arms", although the legs were not visible.
As he approached, the figure simply disappeared. After 30 minutes, when the terrified bystanders retreated from the area, the red glowing object was no longer there.
