Initial data
An object about 1,500 feet high hovered over the power plant. The witness estimated the size of the object at 25 feet (7.5 m) in diameter (250 yards).
He described the object as a ring of illuminated panels or Windows with a certain interval between the Windows, each of which emits a pulsating light varying from dark red to orange and white, alternating with clockwise rotation, like a theater tent.
The witness said the object was shaped like a doughnut or more like an engagement ring, as only the illuminated panels were visible.
