Seeing a mysterious orange object maneuvering over the surrounding area, Frank and Katie turned off the road and entered a local restaurant, where they were approached by a strange man who ran up to them and asked: "What did you see in the sky?? »
They described him as a man about 5 feet 4 inches (1.62 m) tall, weighing about 140 pounds, with fingers twice as long as normal. The man's voice seemed to slow as he repeated the same question.
Frank then asked the stranger how he knew about the incident, suddenly the man's eyes popped out three inches (4.62 cm) and he opened his mouth, "wider than usual," and repeated several times: "I live in visions."
Then Frank and Katie got up and tried to leave, then the man shouted at them, but they ignored him.
After driving a couple of miles, the witnesses saw two headlights that looked like lanterns that flew over their car and ended up behind them. Then they felt a force coming behind them, turning around, they saw a large orange sphere approaching behind the car.
Lights appeared next to the orange sphere, along with a little man on a small black object that kept moving back and forth. The little man had a funny-shaped head. The witnesses then drove past the object that apparently hit him. Then the object began to follow them again, they could still see a small dark man like a figure moving back and forth across the object.
Upon arriving home, the object disappeared and never reappeared.

The man’s voice seemed to slow down as he repeated the same question. Frank then asked the stranger how did he know about the incident, suddenly the man’s eyes bugged out about three inches and he opened his mouth, “wider than normal” & repeated several times “I live by visions.” Frank & Kathy then got up and attempted to leave, the man then yelled at them but they ignored him. After driving for a couple of miles the witnesses saw two headlight like lights that flew over their vehicle and got behind them. They then felt a force coming from behind them, turning around they saw a large orange sphere coming up behind the car. The headlight like lights appeared next to the orange sphere along with a little man on a little black object, that kept moving back and forth. The little man was described as having a funny shaped head. The witnesses then drove on by the object apparently striking it. Then the object began following them again, they could still see the little dark man like figure going back & forth on the object. After they arrived home the object departed and did not reappear again.
