A Mr. Seneschal was riding his motorcycle near the Hyamasca river when he suddenly had a complete engine failure, stopped the motorcycle and noticed a large saucer-shaped domed vessel hovering about 8 feet (2.4 m) above the river at a distance of about 400 feet (120 m).
On the Bank of the river stood a creature about 12 feet tall (3.6 m), similar in appearance to a human.
As the witness approached, he received a telepathic message from the creature, its contents mostly related to the state of the world. The witness noticed a boatman nearby who seemed oblivious to what was happening around him.
The object was about 60 feet (18 m) in diameter, had a metallic appearance and was surrounded by a green halo, it swayed slowly, it also emitted a low whistle and seemed to twitch up and down.
Suddenly, the truck passed in front of a witness who briefly blocked the scene, as the truck drove away, the humanoid disappeared.
