A motorist on the Las Americas highway East of the city saw a glowing object resembling a transparent tube over the ocean. It was lightly touching the surface of the water.

The object suddenly rose and approached the coastal area, the witness could now see several lighted Windows and in one of them a humanoid figure, in another window he saw a second figure that seemed to be watching him.

At this point, the witness's car stalled. Then he noticed a second similar object hovering over his car. He also saw two large black objects that look like pipes, one behind the objects, which suddenly seem to pull the objects in.

Two black objects that looked like tubes then quickly disappeared.

During the incident, the witness felt numbness and terrible pain in his legs.
