The man was walking home alone when, crossing the street, he heard a noise and noticed a light approaching from behind.
He stepped aside, thinking it was a car, but then realized it was a huge yellowish light attached to the bottom of a large object. Suddenly, a ray of light hit him, and he apparently lost consciousness.
Later, he found himself inside the facility in a corridor with some kind of balcony. Then he noticed three short humanoids who were talking to each other in a strange language. The creatures were dressed in coveralls, helmets, and blankets of a light green color. The eyes looked like two simple holes without eyelids or eyebrows.
The witness apparently lost consciousness again and arrived home at 03: 30 with no further memory of what had happened.

Summary: A man was walking back home alone when as he was crossing a street he heard a noise and noticed a light approaching from behind. He stepped aside thinking that it was a car but then realized that it was a huge yellowish light that was attached to the bottom of a large object. He was suddenly struck by a beam of light and apparently lost consciousness. Later he found himself inside the object in a corridor with some type of balcony. He then noticed three short humanoids that spoke among themselves in a strange language. The beings wore overalls, helmets, and face covers light green in color. The eyes resembled two simple holes lacking eyelids or eyebrows. The witness then apparently blacked out again and arrived home at 0330A with no further recollection of what happened.
