Initial data
A fireball or rocket flew over the area of grace Harbor from the sea, turned 180 degrees and headed West. It crashed in a solid forest near the elk river, on the South side of the Bay.
Many witnesses described a military checkpoint in the area over the next two days, including what looked like National guard or army trucks.
One of the former Navy seals reported that during the same period of time he met with "active Navy seals" at a dinner table in the city.
