Initial data
Two young children were returning home when, passing by an abandoned building, they noticed a small glowing object descending from the sky.
As it approached, it resembled a glittering sphere. He moved closer to the children, then stopped. The bright ball began to transform into a human figure just above the waist.
One of the children ran home, and the other, afraid to move, remained, now he could see that it was the figure of a very tall man with rotating luminous eyes and two short antennae that looked like protrusions emitting sparks.
There was a third independent witness to the incident.

Two young children were returning back home when as they passed an abandoned building they noticed a small luminous object descending from the sky. As it came closer it resembled a sparkling sphere. It came closer to the children then stopped. The bright sphere new began transforming itself into a human like figure only from the waist up. One of the children ran home, while the other, to scared to move stayed behind, he could now see that the figure was of a very tall man with rotating luminous eyes and two short antennae like protrusions that emitted sparks. There was a third independent witness of the incident.
