Two groups of witnesses about twenty miles East of Hartford, Connecticut, saw strange lights or objects moving at a fairly slow speed from East to West on their way North of the witnesses.
This case is known as the "Case of the flying Christmas tree". On December 22, 1989, a similar event occurred in Vernon, Indiana.
