An unnamed Melbourne man was driving alone on the Hume highway when he noticed an object moving parallel to his vehicle. It seemed to be 200 meters away from him and seven meters off the ground.
He stopped the car and turned off the lights. At this moment, the silent object remained motionless. Near Mullengandra, it flew about 15 meters above his car.
The man arrived at his mother's house and she saw a bright diamond-shaped, motionless light flickering every few minutes.
