Initial data
On the way home, a woman and several children noticed a disk-shaped object hovering in the sky with a dome at the top and flashing red lights, as well as a row of rectangular Windows on the side.
The object darted to the side, then rose, stopped again, and dropped to its original position. The woman stopped the car, and the object continued to move, then accelerated, began to rotate and sped away at an upward angle.
It was visible for 7-8 minutes.
