The couple later fell asleep after watching TV when a high-pitched scream from their daughter's room woke them up.
After entering their child's room and checking it to make sure it was all right, the husband noticed a blinding light falling into the bedroom from somewhere in their garden. Then he noticed a small oval-shaped ship on the ground and a figure standing nearby.
As he headed for the landing, he noticed two small figures coming up the stairs. After that, he seemed to lose consciousness.
Later, he could only remember that the object was small and oval with a ring of lights around it, three support pillars, and structures that looked like antennas.
The wife remembered that she was looking for her husband at the top of the stairs and saw two small children's creatures at the bottom of the stairs. The creatures had pale skin, no hair or nose, and no visible clothing.
Their next conscious memory was waking up the next morning.
Hypnotic regression did not reveal additional details.
