One metal disk about 20 feet in diameter was observed in partly cloudy weather by three witnesses for more than six minutes (Lauren, Robert, and Janine).
It looked like an inverted plate with a diameter of 3 m. Metal, rotating lower part. Silent when first detected. A white beam of light turned on, a red light in the lower part and small white lights under the Windows of the row, and the noise of the turbine became audible.
