The eyewitness says that he noticed this glowing object over the ocean and was sure it wasn't the moon, because the moon was in a different place but he didn't think it important to record it. This UFO is a pinkish-orange and its similar to dozens of UFO reports over the years that have come in. The UFO is extremely noticeable off the Florida coast most of all. But here its seen in Russia over the ocean.
Now aliens and the US government depend on the public making up excuses for UFOs...as being something else. Thats understandable since Trump created a run on Fake News over the last few years...so much so that in America, the public is very untrusting of everything...even themselves. However I'm not in America...I'm in Taiwan and we are a very different culture. This is a UFO, its similar to many other past reports. Its huge, about the size of 2 747s and it moving into position to enter an underwater base on the ocean floor.
