Soldier Claudio Musinha was walking around a local army facility when he noticed a small point of light, like a laser, near an armored personnel carrier parked nearby.
Thinking that it was a soldier smoking a cigarette, he drove his military car to the area. As he neared the spot, the headlights of his car illuminated a two-meter tall human figure dressed in dark non-reflective clothing that seemed to be moving towards him in a strange undulating manner.
Terrified, he tried to fire his weapon, but it didn't work. Suddenly, a red beam of light illuminated him, which apparently caused instant paralysis.
After about 5-6 minutes, he regained consciousness, but the strange figure and lights disappeared.

Terrified he attempted to fire his weapon but it malfunctioned. Suddenly a red beam of light shone on him apparently causing instant paralysis.
