A man and his two young daughters were driving through a dark area of the ranch when they noticed a strange object in the sky.
The ship was approaching the machine over a nearby field and seemed to have two almost square bright lights. As the car drew up parallel to the field, the light shone straight up, and it seemed that they could see for miles in the sky through the layers of clouds.
The ship was now moving rapidly over the vehicle.
At first, they could barely make out the shape of the object itself, because it seemed almost as dark as the sky. When the light turned up, they saw that it was dark and oblong in shape.
It was about 300 feet (90 m) in diameter. He crossed the road about 10 feet (3 m) above the car.
His eldest daughter looked up and saw what looked like a round window right in the middle and a figure sitting in it. She couldn't see the face and couldn't tell if it was a person.
The object then followed the vehicle at a very high speed at an altitude of about 15 feet (4.5 m) above the vehicle. Finally, it suddenly soared to the southeast and disappeared. They never heard a sound.
